TREMONTON — Northbound I-15 is closed in Tremonton after a fatal wrong-way collision Tuesday.
The crash occurred just before noon near the 5200 West exit when a vehicle traveling the wrong way struck a northbound vehicle head-on, according to Utah Highway Patrol Lt. Cam Roden.
One of the vehicles rolled and the driver traveling the wrong way was killed, Roden said. The driver of the other vehicle was injured, but the extent of their injuries is unclear.
All northbound lanes are closed, and traffic is being diverted off the highway.
