PLEASANT GROVE — Police are looking for a driver who hit a juvenile in Pleasant Grove on Tuesday and then left the scene.
A boy was hit by a car at 2600 North and 900 West at about 4 p.m. The boy was taken to the hospital, but police did not release his condition as they are notifying family first, Pleasant Grove Police Capt. Britt Smith said.
Police are searching for an elderly man who was believed to have been driving the white, four-door Chevy truck with a handicap placard that hit the child. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the police at 801-798-5600.
