ST. GEORGE — A St. George man has been charged with aggravated burglary after allegedly breaking into a leasing office and attacking the manager.
Shortly after 2 p.m. on Monday, 29-year-old Johnathan Marshall Levison Goodrich was arrested following a disorderly call at the leasing office of an apartment complex on West Tabernacle in St. George.
According to charging documents filed with the court, officers responded to the office and spoke to the caller, a manager at the leasing office, who said he was assaulted by a man who had broken into the office.
The manager reportedly said he had returned to the leasing office and noticed the door frame appeared “different.” Upon further inspection, he said he realized the frame was broken and there were scuff marks on the door.
